Didn't know it was in there, the auction house might have put it in as there is no price
Quite surprised to see it after clicking on link
Price On Application, although not often there does appear.
As in this one

With W trying to flog her Speedster, it happens all the time on the Chesil site.
Mind you they are totally out of stock at the moment.
Which bodes well.

ha, it's very stable at speed and doesn't rattle and shake, that 6 cylinder motor is as smooth as silk, higher you rev it the better it gets, power comes in at around 4500 revs and then just keeps on pulling, wish I could afford it :D
I'd love it.
Cannot justify it.
and would be tempted to strip it out and put the engine and running gear in my Marlin!:eek::eek::eek:

Agghh! Sacrilege! I hear you cry!!;)

Not at all, the engine is wasted in a road car, needs a fast road cam, Kent 276 would be ideal, take the 310 race cam out and it would be perfect all through the rev range. Might do a bit more to the gallon as well

Last kit car I built I put a high torque cam in. These are usually used for autos or for towing but I put it in because I wanted the acceleration right off the blocks without having to wait until it "got on the cam" I increased the comp ratio also but had to retard the top end of the distribution curve or it ran into a "wall".
You are right, wild cams are unusable in normal driving conditions, especially nowadays in the UK, except if you live right out in the sticks.
I ran the engine in in a standard Ford Cortina Mk4. The looks on the beemer drivers as I peed past them! Perfect sleeper!

Cleaned up me hedgehog box after using it assa mouse trap. Hedgehog food and chocolate on me traps gone. Brick making the entrance smaller so it weren't a hog. Traps not fired. Put new hedgehog food innit and moved it to me garage wall. This evening eye checked and me hog food has gone. It had a big grey brick on to so ain't bin moved. Near me garage wall. About 5 inch gap between it and the wall. So that limits what can get it. Need to camera it to see whats garn on.

Put a peanut on the spike. That'll do it. They won't be able to eat it without springing it.
