Put some velux in the roof no planning consent needed think it comes under permitted build sectionNo putting any windows down stairs, noisy folk will want to look in them
If id put windows in the planning dep were thinking I was building a hoose & they wouldnt have passed it, so I'll put them in
next year to get a change of use into a dwelling
