Supposed to be on a track day on Friday, hope the weather eases
Love track days not done one for a good few years, I get cramp in my leg heavy braking so had to give up
hope the weather clears up for you :)

... I have an appointment to see the Osteopath today. :)
Last time I saw her was 2 weeks ago and her "magic hands" worked absolute wonders.
Far, far better than the Chiropracter's snap-crackle & pop approach.
Even my wife noticed a difference because when driving I wasn't grunting/grimacing in pain as I looked left/right and my head was able to turn further than before.
If she can make the same/similar step-change this time I shall be very pleased.
I wonder if she can fix my knee too? :)

Pleased that you are making progress with her.
There has I suppose always been the battle between the two schools of thought. I have been to many chiros and some are way better than others. Only been to one osteo here in frogland, she was ok but couldn't/didn't do much for me. The (one single) chiro here was much better. Like all professionals you are lucky to find a good one.
When we get back I may well cast around for an osteo just to see if I can find one that is like yours!!!
