I've just bought one of those Starlink satellite internet systems to take to Wales. The cellular signal there continues to get worse and the service dropouts are more frequent and longer lasting, no matter how high I place the antenna. I must say I'm impressed. The box arrived on my doorstep within 36 hours of the order being placed, and all I had to do was put the satellite dish outdoors, plug it in to the router and the router into the mains and within moments I had a 200 Mbps download speed. I was reluctant to put even more money in Elon Musk's pocket, but the alternative would be to struggle on with the mobile network. Some people place multiple antennae at a distance from one another and employ a more powerful signal booster, but you can easily spend more on that than a Starlink kit. And if the cellular signal simply isn't there, or won't bear internet traffic, then no amount of equipment can help you.
I'll see what it does in Wales. Everything goes more slowly in Wales. That's an attractor surface so powerful that even the mighty Elon can't perturb it for long.
