You lot have multiple vehicles as they is all unreliable. Yer should gerra reliable Freelander instead.
Unreliable? Perlease!
Two get driven all the time, one each, and the others decorate our drive waitng for me to get round to them as they are "retirement projects".
But you do need two, one to fetch the bits in to repair the other one with.
I did too many years pooping myself every time our single car needed attention that I might not be able to fix it before we needed it to get to work on Monday. (1st marriage). Since then have always had at least 2. Often bought a really cheap banger while the more decent car was off the road, then found myself hanging on to it. The number of cars I bought for under Β£100 and ran for years......... ;) ;) ;)

Just done the weekly shop.
Thank heavens it isn't too hot today, although the clouds have lifted.
Had to go to 4 shops to get Modom's semi-skimmed goat's milk.
They used to sell it in all supemarkets, now it is full fat or nothing, BUT there is a proliferation of all sorts of stupid other types of milk, that are still cow juice, although mega amounts of lactose free. Have some people made a lifestyle choice not to drink milk but still drink something that looks and vaguely tastes like milk? Like the s-o-a-b's who go gluten free for no good reason? Even the blessed bio shop didn't have it.
Going out soon to take W to the physio, then back up here for a late lunch and to provision ourselves for the trip up to the Lac de Montagnès for the big 14th July fireworke display.
Tis really worth the long wait in order to keep a good place. Bots of wine and picnicky things with our Dutch mates makes it enjoyable. The actual display goes on for half an hour and as it is over water you get almost twice the fun!
Enjoy the rest of your day, peeps!:):):):)

Rather fancy this if I could get in without a ladder :p

Wood-butchering continued today, first the door I made yesterday was hung (like me, it was well-hung).
It works, but there is a warp in the bottom left corner (timber warping).
Then I spent all of the day making 2 doors for the other slightly larger storage shed. I managed to avoid the rain and got to the end of the afternoon (17:30) with the basic "double-panel" made and ready to remove from the aperture and cutting into 2 and cross-brace ("Z" framing inside). Then it can be hung.
I'm worn out. LOL.
