Here's a tip. Go to the toilet for 10 mins power nap. It's always warm in there. & who's going to disturb you?Could do with er nap but am ut wurk.
Start a noo fred then others can rant back and you can laff and point at the screen ...

Nowt wrong with a power nap, I used to call it a safety nap and used to do it in plain sight in the office
but then I was the boss, and may have been up for more than a long Shift and more.I can even power nap holding a cup of tea/coffee and not spill it
and wake instantly my name is mentioned or I am touched. My Dad used to be able to do it Aswell in his lunch break.J
