All looks very diligent and precise. I must admit, I'd have probably just let the shape of the trench define the edges of the concrete for the below ground stuff just for a shed, rather than put boards in. Even so, you'll have a nice neat looking job.

Once that perimeter casting has gone off, will you put a slab over the whole thing to create a floor for the shed?

Cheers ta much, funny loads of people said that but id like it neater, yes a slab in the middle I will come down 150mm in the centre & put some rebar in. :D

Today I struggled with the bearing and bearing stop placements on the inner ends of each side of the rear axle.
No room for any power tools to access inside the outer axle tube to gently open out the bore to allow easy bearing placement.
So it was all by hand :(
I got both inner bearings installed as a temporary fit in order to see if the removal of the centre section of the axle-tube had allowed the escape of "forces" to drive the two side out of alignment.
Here is a very short video where one of the half-shafts has been inserted all the way through from its own side across the gap and straight into and through the inner bearing on the other side.

Good job, you must be very happy!!:):):)

Sound a good job. That's what we did for that patio we put in. Two sides are the house walls, two sides are a coupla blocks or three high with rebar mesh some way down, can't remember how far down now! Then the mixer lorry came and piped it right over the house, filled the basin as it were up to the blocks. Can't remember now if we had shuttering up the outside of the blocks so that the concrete went over the blocks but I think we must have. (I say "we", I left it all up the handyman of the village to do. The blocks had been in for ages, just hadn't got around to doing anything else. ) So all slabbed over now and is lovely.
Are you going to scree it and/or polish the concrete?;)

Well the day ends with W having got a pair of crutches, sadly no neebs had any, and her self-injection drugs to prevent thrombosis, (never ever had that in the UK after a break)
Lots of sympathy from friends and peeps on the market. Even the chemist knocked abit off the price.
Have found our fold-up wheel chair gets into every room even right up to the bogs.
W feeling better and insisted on prepping the grub for the dins and then issuing orders about how to cook it (FFS!).
At least she admitted it was as good as if she'd done it, if not better!.
Forgot it was a bank holiday here so couldn't get all the DIY plumbing stuff I need, either
The dog's collar/cone comes off tomoz. and not a second too soon for it!!!
Sleep tight folks
