You're in a huff? Cos he complimented you on your organisational skills? By threatening to walk out?
Well, I guess his was a mixed message!
Mind you, yours could be too.
"Here! See this bot? Either you agree to back to work if I help, and we drink it, or you don't, and I beat you to pieces with it!"

Soz. Can't help but try to see a funny side.
But you might have to swallow your bile, and simply ask him not to F off as he is your best guy. Maybe you could wangle him a bonus for taking on more/your work as you aren't there at the mo?

Just scratching around here.

Nope cause hes thrown in the towel, he works for the boat yard not me but since im the recycling manager
(good name for a posh bin man lol) I have control of the lads n the way the boats come apart. He liked the
way I got things done.. safety first. New lad in there covering is hash bash everything isnt fast enough all fell
out as he is trying to reinvent the wheel. If its not broken done fix it lol One lad fell off a ladder as the machine
operator wouldnt foot the bloody thing for him.
Shame to loose a great chap but he can work from home in his own time with no stress & be his own boss.
Cant blame him really.

Ooohhhh that's exciting.
I just went to put a tool away in my shed at the bottom of the garden and when I opened the 2 small double-doors I noticed a couple of bees buzzing around the doorway at both top corners.
I put the tool away on a shelf and closed the doors and.... More bees were buzzing around in the vicinity.
I stood back and watched and sure enough several drones appeared and wandered around the front shiplap panelling and then made their way in through a small gap. My shed is double skinned with 7" shiplap boarding on the outside with 4" timber framing and a plywood inner skin. I think a Queen has decided to set up residence. That's not honey funny. :(

Id just leave them bee ok I'll get my 🧥

Got somit new for my landy........

Time to get a hive if you get a top bar no work involved the new queens will be doing their maiden flight soon if you are seeing drones
