Then what ?
Put it in a silicon liner ( to catch the melting 'mess' ) then into the airfryer at 180 degrees for 20 mins. Use your thermometer to check it has reached 70-80 degrees at its 'thickest' point - then it is known to be thoroughly cooked.
Serve with a sauce 'etc', rice. spuds, veg. etc. - your choice.
A quick mushroom cream sauce can be made using a tin of condensed mushroom soup and some cream and seasoning of your choice - pepper? Or use fresh muchrooms if you prefer the real McCoy.:)
Serve and ........eat.

Sounds good but as it takes the same amount of time as my method I can't see the advantage of using air fryer.
I roll it in paprika then put in frying pan with a little hot oil
High heat for 2 mins then turn it over, put lid on and simmer for ten mins
Then turn off and leave without touching it for a further ten mins
it will be nicely done and moist

Works for me :)

Put me towels in the washer tother day. When it were time to spin oot the water they only gorrup to 2 or 3 revs. It kept stopping and trying again. Then gave up. Towels sopping wet and no error message. On the furd time of asking it to rinse and spin, it did. Eye wonder iffit measures the balance ov the load and wont spin fast iffit considers it to be oot of balance?
Yes, but it should still tell you.:(:(
