Morning, a bit dreary here today.
... given that I am not actually getting "better" to any significant degree (despite spending thousands on Chiropractic care) is it time to explore the surgery route?
There is a local private practice team that seem to have good reviews. They deal with neck/spine & Neurosurgical stuff.
Costsapacket though, which I could avoid if I could persuade the NHS to take a look.

You only live once, if you can afford it then private is the way to go. I have done this and can walk again, the NHS tried but with a 6 month waiting list for muscular skeletal appointments the route is private or suffer.
Booked an initial consult session for next Monday.
I sincerely hope all the flying skips the Merkins is shootin outta sky originated onna Urf. Eetee's ole man might have a bad temper..

went to pick up auction wins.
They had found the missing earing so that's nice.
Despite the tailgate on the Disco opening fine when I took my shelves out of it and tipped the rear seats forward, when we came to open it to put the bigger items in, it suddenly played silly beggars. Jumped in the back, under the dog-guard, pulled on the handle, no difference. Went round the back again, the handle was stuck in the up position but banged on the cover thing with my fist and tried the wiggle the already up handle and eventually it worked. It also worked when we got home.
Mad.
Anyway funny things going on. Discovered we had won two sewing machines, one loose and one in the table, as wlel as the overlocker.
The one in the table, a singer which does or did do quite fancy stuff, looks as if it won't run but we have yet to try it.
The loose one turnes out to be a Husqvarna "980 Prisma computer" BUT it came with no foot controller. We have spent ages ont internet and they are rare as rocking horse do-dos. Which is a shame as it looks very sophisticated and would do all sorts of stuff that W's other machine won't do. It must date back ages as it works by having a plastic card shoved into it like an old "Cardomatic" washing machine!So we have sort of asked a few questions of suppliers and parked it for the mo.
The overlocker looks fine so W is trying to download a manual for it.
Shooting sticks sorted.
Have yet to get the Sony hifi speakers and cabinet out and test them all.

No luck with Disco 2s or 3s or 4s? Or don't they fit in with the criteria?
The primary criteria is auto with petrol being the second but diesel if it is a nice motor (hence LR products).
It has to have or be able to be fitted with a towbar and pull 2.1 tonnes.
Disco 1 & 2's are out there but as I said they all have rust issues I can't deal with in my present position (maybe next year!).
Disco 3 and 4 are all over priced and go for well above £7k around here.

. When we dropped of the 322 the other day, M mentioned a squeak so they said " we will take it around the carpark and see if its there" the guy sent out, came out and headed for the fender as he wanted a drive of that
. They love the 630 and would love to work on it, Probably for the test drive after.Oh its our local JLR/volvo/ford main dealer

Me (gear) knob has developed an irritating buzz. Light pressure from a fingertip stops it but it comes straight back. My feeling is that it's from the bottom end of the stick and something has worn, any advice before I starts pulling things apart?
