Hmm!Morning All
Nothing new to report, except my eldest wishes to borrow £5k @ 2% over base for 3 years (better than he can borrow at, and more than I get on deposit).
Have a great day!
Have to assume you can't get em secondhand/from a breaker or whatever.Flag layer not coming today, he did three rounds in the boxing ring at weekend and won but says he's still sore (he's 53)
Might as well dig some more out ready for the flags, probably could finish it myself now only ten more to lay
Bit of work to do in camper, fix sink in place and set water pump up etc, been looking at swivel seat bases but need a single passenger set with seat belt fitted and they're very expensive
Sun's shining, . good day all
Seats can be 200 quid from breakersHave to assume you can't get em secondhand/from a breaker or whatever.
anyway, have fun!
Would it be too mad to buy a cheapish leather one and recover it? Or simply put a cover over it?Seats can be 200 quid from breakers
Think they cashing in on Transit camper trend recently
Don't want leather, plenty of those cheapish
Might have to modify something
Ideal seat would be a double (similar to the one I have) but along the lines of Blackpool tram seats where the back flips over so the seat faces either way without spinning it. Then I could put a water tank underneath itMaking a frame from a bigger one is a relatively easy cut'n'shut. Matching it to the runner, or in your case the swivel thing, has to be decided on early on.
Best of luck with it!
I have thought of two ways of doing that.Ideal seat would be a double (similar to the one I have) but along the lines of Blackpool tram seats where the back flips over so the seat faces either way without spinning it. Then I could put a water tank underneath it
They know, they just knowwhen I check in on this 'ere forum and before I log in I get some strange adverts popping up. Like posh watches (£100k types), gym wear, and wimmins underwear. Wot lifestyle do they think I've got??? .
It's like when I had my bank account compromised - what did 'they' spend the first £1500 on ......... membership of a dating agency!!! They obviously didn't have any details of the original owner!when I check in on this 'ere forum and before I log in I get some strange adverts popping up. Surely you have enough body armour, they would be better advertising ammunition.............Body armour adverts pop up on mine.
What's up with that?
My dad an his bruv were brickies on the Meon Valley hotel back in the day. Bruv was ex merch an had a ship to ship rocket burnin a nole in his pocket (as it were). They launched up the fairway on the new golf course
Luv it, "Gas Axe" lol.
When my neighbour and i were stripping the donor Cortina for my last kit car, in his garage, he started cutting up the body with it.
Forgot about the headlining!
Phwarrr. did it smoke and stink! Had to vacate the premises once we'd put the flames out, for a little while.
Still, meant I could take it down the tip in bits on his not very big trailer, made from a Mini subframe and a box made of wooden planks.
Still considering selling the 38. Spotted a nice 2011 RRSMorning, off to prop up industry for 5 hours then off for a long weekend looking for a motor.
