I often, in fact nearly usually, don't know what did it. :(
Often it is just on the point of going and then one last little thing can flip it into spasm.
Is this the first time you've had this?:(
Noooo matey. Us’ ve had it on and off since I got a barrel of Ind Coope Bitter a bit sideways, back in the late 70s. I can normally manage it by sensible movements but every now and again it catches me unawares.

Having had mine since 1973 I really sympathise. If I get really stuck, apart from seeing a chiropractor, I do excercises from "Callanetics for your back" as recommended by my old Chiro. Still available secondhand. I keep a copy in each country.
Hope it straightens out soon.;)

Tis geddun bedder, mai bud. Us’ll tek a bit moor uv Dr Usquebaugh’s best tonic afore turnin in. Be best mussel relackser us knows.

I've just ordered a full oil tank refill. For further information when it, and the bill, arrive - watch this space.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

The oil man came and the bill has landed - 0.87 + 0.04 vat = 0.91p to pay. Tha's ma kinda bill! :)

The total bill was for 1109 litres of heating oil @ 0.8675p plus 0.04p vat = 0.87 per litre BUT it seems that the monthly credit I had built up since the last re-fill almost paid the entire bill.

That's a relief! :):):)

Happy days I know it's massively gone down hill since June when it was eye watering.
