Went for a blood test again today. The nice nurse struggled but remained pleasant and we had a laugh. She managed it in the end

I often, in fact nearly usually, don't know what did it.
Often it is just on the point of going and then one last little thing can flip it into spasm.
Is this the first time you've had this?
My feckin Brother laser printer will not do double sided, flipped on the long edge. It always flips on the short edge so you have to turn the fecker upside down to read the other side.
Never used to do this.
I have updated the printer driver, gone into the printer and checked it is on "flip on long side" and contacted Brother for a chat. In the past I tired to fool it by setting it to flip the other way from the PDF printer or whatever, it still didn't work.
Still waiting for them to get back to me to have a chat with a proper person.

AND it seems to be printing rather faintly although just now after a test print via the utilities thing on the machine itself it printed OK.

I have been turning stuff off after my family left it on for over 30 years but if you need the appliance then you just have to accept it costs.I really don't look at the meter and it is only on as it is the only clock on the living room!
