This is kinda the excuse I will be using to push the doc to get me CT and/or MRI cos it has to be summat!
TBH they had about 5 bashes at X-raying it cos it wasn't in an easy position for them to do it. I did make a suggestion or two as to how it could be done, like turn my feckin hand over, but no, they decided to x-ray it through all the other knuckles with it held vertically so the bit that hurts was on the table. But give them their due they did say that the next step would be to get CT and/or MRI, so as far as that goes they are on my side. X-rays really are quite limited in comparison to all the stuff they can do nowadays. But for your missus to be in such pain for a year! Feck! Really feel for her!

My gas bill for December was nearly £300! I would say 95% of that was for the central heating and we have been much more frugal with it this winter than ever before. Ive still got some credit built up but Im dreading when it runs out.

Morning All.
A poor night's sleep with lots of interruptions from the fur-baby seeking loves.
She has been quite ill recently and yesterday spent all day in her little cave-bed.
Overnight she did one of her "panic-runs" downstairs and when I came down this morning the dirt tray was graced with what I can only describe as matted-fur-turds.
This morning she is as bright as a button.
Back crackers @ 11:45 today (it's been a month and I am really sore).

Darn phone went dead yesterday so as screen was cracked I decided to get a new one.
Youth in Currys wasn't a great help, no eye contact, never smiled, said they only had one phone in stock that would be suitable for me even though he hadn't asked what phone I wanted.
Needed phone quick as van had broken down on my mate plus other urgent things yesterday.
Just bought cheap one from the youth who never looked directly at me or smiled or said anything other than what he had to.
Aren't you allowed to be pleasant in here I asked as he turned to walk away, he never looked back, just walked off after giving me a receipt.
