Glad you are better....that I am pleased to report that normal "gastric services" seem to have been resumed. Phew!
No "issues" all day and I have managed to process a small amount of food without mishap and that is a step in the right direction.
I am not going to push my luck with any complex or spicy foods and I will keep it simple.
Hopefully I have been through the worst. Surprisingly no other family members have been struck with it so it must be something I did/ate.

Phew!!! good to hear it. good on you for the advice that obvs worked!...My sister called me yesterday to say that her bank account had been hacked and over 2 and a half grand had been "stolen".
She contacted her bank and they denied all liability and claimed that she must have been negligent in disclosing her details to someone.
She spoke to me and we talked about the banks responsibilities and a form of words that might put them in a more receptive frame of mind.
I gave her a list of specific questions to ask about the transactions.
She contacted their fraud department this morning and had a "chat" and miraculously they have changed their stance and all her lost money has been replaced and they agree that she is blameless.
She does not have a banking app on her phone and the transaction occurred in the "sleeping hours" to the benefit of foreign persons via BACS transfers.
I wouldn't bank with her bank (although TBH they (banks) are all crooks). But a happy ending for her.
Wifey and I once did a channel crossing, the top bunk had such a slope on it I thought i was going to slide out.Still in Wales, border country near Bishops Castle. it's a sloping site so MH needs to be levelled or nothing will work properly - and I will fall out of bed.
We complained and they gave us a crossing for two and a car free, any crossing we wanted. So we looked for the most expensive one they did. It was to Oireland, so off we went. Vomit comet all the way there and back two weeks fun, although it was rather wet! Brill!

Holyhead to Dublin 320quid
Now it's about a third of the sailing time from Holyhead so why 3 times the price I ask ?

Holyhead was always busy before lockdown, busy with trucks now so maybe P+O struggling for business hence the low fares
Might try it, all day on a boat though, on the plus side I'll save over 2 galls of diesel each way
