I said I wasnt getting another dog after we lost our other pooch but I gave in after 3 years, a house
isnt a home without a dog. I thought our other dog needed a pal now ive ended up with 2 pups

I have the fluffiest wee cat and shes a sassbag and love her to bits. I know there is a dog/cat divide but I like both.
 
Coil packs are cheap, just change it out.
Then if that aint the problem, you have a spare. :)
I'd heard on the sh!troen forum that they aren't cheap....
Anyway I have persuaded er indoors that testing the coil pack although a bit okkard ain't impossible so I think that might be the way to go forrard. It'd be a lot easier back in blighty where I have things like extension pieces from the tops of spark plugs so I can test sparks easier.
At the end of the day, all a coil pack does is give a plug the oomph to make a spark.
I'll manage with a spark plug and a jump lead. But she'll have to help me by sitting in the motor and turning it over as she'll have to keep one foot on the brake etc. ;)
TBH I have been too busy to look on tinternet to find out how much a coil pack is.
I'll do it soon!;)
