Spent the rest of the afternoon trying to find out what is up with W's Pluriel.
Plugs all OK though needed regapping.
Evidence on number 4 of a bit more soot than on the others which were all lovely.
No means of testing the coil pack which I think is the culprit.
Cannot even detach the fecker from the connector.
While trying to do this a wire clip thingy went pinging off into the wild blue yonder which fecked me off massively.
And I STILL couldn't get it apart.:mad::mad::mad:

Just finished feckin about with the Disco trying to make it run normally.
Having managed finally to obtain some proper sensor cleaner...
Cleaned the MAF, was a bit durdy altho has been de-EGRed so wonderin really why I bothered (10p engine)...
Expected the MAP/IAT to be filthy, it wasn't, in fact it really didn't look like it needed cleaning at all.....
Cleaned a bit of oil out of the red connector to the ECM, again wasn't that bad either, having changed the injection loom a while back.
Cleaned plugs to MAP/IAT and MAF.
Started it and ran it up.
Switched it off and reconnected the Foxwell, still showing "Air flow circuit logged low" so I guess it is either the very expensive MAF sensor wot I bought a while back is fercked, or the air filter is reely dirty which is a bit surprising.
The show continues.......
Have a good day folks!
:):):)

Modern tech ait worth a toss is it, you got it sorted yet.

The neebs who came to dins yessdi gave us a very nice bottle from the Gard region of France.
We had it with tonight's dins.
It wos VERY nice.
I was just about to email them and say how lovely it was when I read the label and after a lot of blurb it said "Best drunk between 5 to 10 years of age."
Twas bottled in 2020.
Ooops!
(Din't email them, I'll have to remember to do it in 2025 or later!!!);)
