Think that might be "Fatty Arbuckle" on the right, who got done for rape, in the end.

Anyway it is hot again here, though not as hot as it has been.
Here's a thing, yessdi we spent the arternoon making this blessed Moussaka.
We put it on the plates I was just saying how lovely it was, cos it wos, and the Mrs says "I don't like it" and won't eat it.
Then it transpires she had had it before and din't like it then!!!
Lamb, don't like it, Aubergine's, don't like em, so WTF was she doing? She tells me, "I thought I might like it this time."
I give up.:(:(:(
Have a nice day peeps!
:):):)

Eye is awake. Washed un ready. Gottid me furd load ov washing in. Tis washing weekend.

Eye is still finkering about me gutter pipe. Upstairs baff, sink, heating condensate un roof watta all run into a hopper fing. That then goes down a pipe to me drain. Eye is finkering ov diverting me roof watta round it un down, so eye can tap oft me temporary watta butt connection, then connect the gutter pipe back into me drain pipe lower down. That way me watta butts only gettid roof watta. Me washer empties at the bottom anorl. Problem is the flow is quite forceful so eye plan to tap that into me drain pipe so it goes down un dunt splash oot.

Me garage gutter is 9 foot away from me castle main drain pipe. Eye was finkering ovva feed of temporary pipe to link across fer when me watta butts need a quickerer fill. It be above head height at arms lenf. That saves using a temporary ose pipe along the ground. Whennits not needed eye pull oft said pipe un block the ole.

Has put a new heat element in me fan oven, old one was pulling too many amps and frying the switch. So I removes the door an the fan cover only to find the element is held on with machine screws from the back! Self tappin screws every bloody where else. Mental, made the job twice as long and I had to pull the bugger out. All done now, reckon it was just a loose spade crimp on the live after all.

Afternoon folks:).

Nothing really to report. Its still to hot to work outside past 10am and the pool is still refreshingly cool. But its the weekend and its an excuse to do nothing:D.

Made a couple of big containers 1 of coleslaw and 1 of potato salad, so not really got to do any prep for food today just need to cook a bit of "cute" of some variety :D.

Hope the workers are enjoying their own choice of work for a couple of days:).

We have been know to put 2 joints of meat into cook at the same time, then slice an freeze 1 for later:) Also have 2 ovens 1 small & 1 large.
Oh and they run on LPG anyway:).

What about changing your micrwave for a Combination one so you can have the best of both worlds and only need to heat a small space?:)

We have 1 of them but very rarely use the oven option, but yes they can be handy:).
