Used to have about half a dozen round ere, now only one - wif a monopoly. Whatcha finka supermarket fool? I avoid..
Its the same stuff. Peeps avoid sainsberrys as they only sell 'city diesel' which is a brand name they cone up wiv 20 odd years ago. It's standard diesel like bp, esso etc. The difference is the additives they purrinnit. The super posh stuff at bp creates less soot, assit takes longerer to fill ma ippo's dpf wiv soot. The haynes manwell peeps did investigations like many have done over the years. The cost benefit etc. They come up wiv using the super posh stuff every firth fill assa guide, as they couldn't confirm benefits. When yer read up on fool... the higher octane rating gives a quieter burn and not more power.

Never use the pump for trucks as hgv diesel will destroy your engine :D

There are several fool stations near where we live.(uk) The closer they are to the centre of a town or village the higher it is. It is absolutely blatant. And this goes for supermarkets too. Frinstance, Tesco in the centre of Ferndown is always a few pence higher than Sainsburys just on the outskirts.
One interesting fing sed was when tax goes up at 6pm, they can make a loss on what they have bort and is in their tank. I don't understand why they can't do accounts that factor this in. When the walrus kicked oft many had fool that din't sell as fast as normal so they had problums wurkin oot when to order in advance. Also running cost of the site and foot fall counts. A replacemint set of pumps is about 15k. Fink they said 4 nozzuls. If yer dunt buy a full truck load then yer delivery cost is higher per gallon bort. Also the shops do betterer on profit than the fool sales. Many shops bring in the buyers. Not the fool.

Bit like hospitals I suppose. All the little ones shut down so now got to drive to get what you need. There was a while when we had zero filling stations (in a town of 10000) and you literally had to drive to the next town to either Tesco or the Texaco
We had the same. Little ones that only did tests and day patient stuff moved into the new big one years ago. Part of labour making cost cuts and diverting the money to make the system betterer. Land sold oft for flats. One closed fool station became a hand car wash. Another on a country road became a house.
