Afternoon folks:).

Started a little earlier than normal today, quit at 11am, tad wamm again:), we are supposed to get a waft of what you lot have had out west later this week. Situation normal then:p:rolleyes:.

Planning on doing the same but quitting earlier and working inside for the next few days.

Still, always got the big bird baff to cool off in:D.

Hope you are all staying .

The brisket has cost me £45, so I hope my gannet family will enjoy it. First use of the Kamado BBQ/Smoker on Sunday.

Think the trick is, No hurry, long and slow:). We wrap joints in foil to keep in the moistness on the BBQ:)

BBQ doesn't need to mean burnt and done in 15mins;).

Hope it turns out ok.

Got started on tidying up me rear cross member today. Drilled out the hex holes into round holes for the mudflap bracket rivnuts. Then got the angle grinder out and took the paint and surface rust off with a wire wheel, got about 90% done and it looked like rain was on the way, so painted what had been prepped. Will do the remaining 10% tomorrow. Must say I am well impressed with the Bonda Primer paint, goes on well with a brush leaving no brush marks - provided I work quickly as it flashes off real quick in this weather.
