My combi boiler is gradually losing pressure over a couple of months. Not a big deal as I just top up the pressure which takes a few seconds and leave it for another couple of months. But it is beginning to annoy me. Gonna have to find the leak which must be tiny and fix it. All the heating pipework was replaced a few years ago, in copper. With one push fit fitting in an awkward to get at place. Think thats where I shall start the inspection. I've got as far as putting it on my jobs list :D
Check that the pressure relief valve is not passing, mines was as could see drips coming out the end of the pipework,

Good evening

Just checked the distance as the crow flies to the Faslane Nuclear base, 28 miles.
So if Putin presses the red button will only have a few mins before we get vaporised.

Kevstar you don't have any mins, but at least a grandstand view for a second or so
oh and remind me about the twins

I’m sure I read Hull was higher up the list and tbh the fleet will be at sea, not sat in dry dock ;)

Dry and bright this morning but I don't think the sun is going to stick around for many hours, still, it's nice whilst it lasts.
Off to the groomers this morning - for the dogs not me - but the morning walk will precede their delivery.
I will probably find myself talking to myself until they return.

Legitimate phone apps are installed and updated via the app store either Apple or Google.
This app, owned by faceache, is trying to bypass.. i can only imagine the app store won't approve the change for either security or privacy reasons
Thats likely to be the case. The 2 main app stores have prerequisites that apps must comply to or they won't allow them on their site. They can be banned if they dont continue to comply once on their store list.

Wet here.:(
W gone orf to the doctor with her foot, hand and another bit.
Then off to her sewing circle.
I'm organising our trip to Frogland, trying to get the Frogs to give us top-up health insurance, managed to squeeze into the last day of the special deal with Britney Ferries. So, flexible ticket for standard price, goody, as still have to get a trailer!:)
Managed to persuade Octopus to keep our energy payments where they are!:eek::eek::eek:
This cos we won't be consumin' while away!!;);)
Feckin around with the lappy I bought last year and has "funny" charging.
It seems to be simply a question of the connector to the power source being loose. So I'll get my watchmaking tweezers out later and see if I can bend the elements of the socket a bit to get a better connection.
Hope you all have a pleasant day!
:):):)

Spent the afternoon looking for a secondhand car trailer.
FFS!
They are fecking expensive even if you can find one, and I can't, south of Mankchester, Liverpool, Brum and there are quite a few in Scotlandshire.:mad::mad:
They are nearly as expensive as a new one.
It don't have to be able to carry a Landy, but W's feckin Pluriel is nearly 13' long!
Looking now at Woodfords, new one £3900.
Crazy.
Wish I had been able to get on and sell the box trailer first. Typical it needed and still needs work and work that it is not easy to do in the cold and wet.
So if anyone knows of one that can take a 13 long car, please let me know, as it is doing my head in!!! Beer tokens in it for you if nec!
