Rebuild of mower has come to a grinding halt.
The pan head, Philips self-tappers that went into the plastic holding the whole blamed thing together are in such a sorry state that I daren't put them back in.
So I have spent ages trying to find the equivalent.
I am not an engineer so please bear with me.....
Diameter of thread 4.64 mm (OD and there is no stock)
Length, from under the pan head, 19 mm
Head diameter 8 mm
Thickness of head 3mm roughly.
tpi roughly 12 (I realise in metric you don't use tpi so 2.12 mm maybe.???????:eek:)
Qualcast seem to say that their FO16T49429 will fit but
eSpares want £5.77 EACH!!!!!
Ransomspares £1.95 EACH!!!!! (They really are trying to hold you to ransom!)
and Qualcast seem to just give you the runaraound.
I think these might be called "4 x 19".

Will I be reduced to cutting a slot in the top of each one, about 10 of them, just to be able to get a flat-blade screwdriver in if I need to take them out again?
:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Totally hate having to put screws into plastic. :(:(:(

Yeah, she was walking down the path and fell. Her blood pressure was a little low and caused a dizzy spell :(
Oh dear!
I'm so glad she didn't hit her head on a hard object or something. Like W did this summer and nearly ended up in A&E.
Not glad she broke her wrist, obvs.;)
Does she suffer with postural/orthostatic hypotension? I do and have to watch it.:(:(

Cheers, apparently she had missed a meal and as she doesn't eat much anyway it had a big effect on her.
