'ere I go again  I've got bt lines in three rooms! There is one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in the main bedroom - all wiring comes out from the wall that the outlet is on.. Nothing to do with me, the person who had the bungalow built (he was an electrician) seemed to use this place as an experiment to put as much trickery in as he could - sockets by the ton, even down to floodlighting in the garden and a garden pond with a constantly flowing Lion feature. Needless to say, that is turned off from inside.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:.

I am a great believer of putting in twice as many sockets etc as the client expect when I was a builderer.
Trust me most run out of power points within a month if you do what they ask for;)

Thats why youd use a food preparation block, youd ruin the surface with yer big chopper o_O
Must admit I'd get killed if I tried to cut anything on our new work surface, or even on the Granite ones in Frogland. They'd feck the blades anyway, so we has loads of chopping boards usually a form of plasticky looking stuff that goes in the dishwasher!
Last time I fecked up a work surface it was through taking a coffee pot off the hob and putting it down on one. The peroclator had finished so there was no watter in it, so it was rather hotter than it should have been.:rolleyes::rolleyes::(:(:(

It's raining. :( Heating oil still not arrived and things are getting a bit tight so I hope it comes today otherwise I will have to exercise by non-existent fire-lighting skills to bring the multi-fuel stove back into action :( -I find that too hot.

Long drive today to take my overlocker to the repair man - cross country trips always take much longer but needs must.

Big 'un back to the groomer as she ran out of time on Saturday - he is still fast asleep and has no idea what is in store for him. Actually, he quite enjoys the attention and loves to meet the many resident canine friends who greet him - Cockers and Beardies, all suitably garbed in mud as they are running loose around the farm! :D:D:D Seeing them makes me feel less embarrassed about mine! Wintertime and Beardies do not mix well. :D:D:D

Well, that is my day so, whatever you are doing, I hope all goes well and that you enjoy it.:)

My PC cannot currently be upgraded to Win 11 because it has no TPM2.0 module.
Now that's not entirely true because you can edit the registry to remove dependence on TPM2.0 but you are then on your own. :(
A plug-in TPM 2.0 module had been ordered (£26+) and it will be here Thursday so I can do the upgrade then.

If Windows was actually secure, it wouldn't be needed.. a bit like buying extra security for a car with keyless entry
