Eye am here.

My lady friend is dealing with some stuff at the moment and I'm just trying to be there for her. :)
Having been married at 26 then separated at 33, there is a world of difference between dating a young lady and one who has a bit of history.
So i sympathise mate, both with you and your lady friend.
My second/present wife was 42 when I met her and she came with some quite big baggage. Like 3 kids and a previous abusive marriage.
Worth it though, 100 miles an hour.
All the best mate!:):):):)

Afternoon folks:).

Was a bitsa day today, nothing really done;).

I have to say the weather has turned and I actually put some socks on today:eek:. took ages to find a pair;).

We have decided the pool will be getting the big blue cover put over it in the next couple of days, that is the end of the summer:(, Time to check the hot tub:D.

Hope you are getting to grips with all the cr@p you have to go through to be able to get into the UK. We arrived here 2 days ago and have today done the cr@p to do with the Covid test I mentioned earlier. Had to find our bloody NHS numbers. but at least it is done now. At times it seems unending. Best of luck with it mate and hope you get to see your bruv soon.

Its been a massive job tbh & now they want the gable end pointing & some joinery work inside the
house, I think they are happy, ive only seen them briefly & they have not seen whats been done.
Ive got another 3 jobs from folk passing, two ive kept quiet & one
which im going to keep the nob that works with me working on, my plan is that if I keep him
working I will get my money back but I aint working along side him. ;)
Keep him working where you can keep an eye on him, so you get your money.
Bloody good idea!!!!!!!

You are absolutely right and although we had to do medical tests etc on both dogs and oursleves as well as other paperwork, our friends were fantastic and managed to still show us places that we didn't know nearby although we have been all over Normandy for 4 decades! All in all a great time!
