Im fancying a v8 petrol for a toy not sure which model but ive aint had one.
X308 is the nicest of the V8 bunch however rust is an issue, and timing chain guide rails can be troublesome for pre 2000 models.

However you'd struggle to drive a better motor especially if you could snag an XJR or Super V8! ;)

Mine is the 221hp 3.6 with is spritely enough a claimed 0-60 in 8.8secs however I've measured it at 7.3 so no idea where the internet is getting its figures! ;)

He lit my computing fire, and I never looked back. Top Man.
I built a transistor radio from one of his kits when I was in the skool electronics club :cool:. Would have been about 1966. And the first pocket calculumator I had was a sinclair, very difficult to use and wasn't any better than the slide rule I was using at the time. It was soon replaced with a casio which was a million years ahead of the sinclair. In fact I think his C5 trike was better than his calculator, says it all really.
