:( :( :( Does anyone ever experience a smooth passage through the housing market, I ask myself. I have never had a trouble-free one.
I am so sorry to hear you have joined my club but hang in there and the slow grinding cogs will eventually work out. Is it the sale or the purchase that's giving the present hold-up?
Each party is blaming someone else. It is the purchase that is the main issue so it looks like we will be homeless next week.

We ended up like that with one of ours so ended up living in the van for a couple of months. It was very comfortable but difficult to enjoy when you didn't have your 'things' to hand when you needed something.:)

That's a point, he could pick up a cheapo 'van as it's end of season, might be handy while you get the house shipshape too ...

I’m now off to longleat...

I don't know, peeps seem to make even the simplest thing into a complicated mess.
The other thing that is rather annoying is the misinformation that abounds when large amounts of money are involved.

They do say moving house is 1 of the most stressful things in to do:(.
Why are they having a problem with the briefcase of cash you handed over shirley its all easily traced in the chain?

Last rental we brought the solicitor wanted proof of fundso_O We had said we have enough, the seller (my Dad & Uncle) knows we have enough WTF has it to do with you:D. Anyway had to transfer to the account earlier than we wanted to as wasn't going to show the other account details:oops:.

If you are going to be homeless for a while, its a good time to take the wife on a UK tour in the Landy and see some lovely places and relax a bit:).
You have been working alot lately:p:D.

Hope it comes good, not the sort of hassle you anybody needs:).

We don't actually need to prove funds as the house we have covers it and gives us the funds to live comfortably ;) the problems are all legal issues that should have been simple to resolve :(
The stress is beginning to show
