Lovely morning to air the caravan out, been folded up two years but still smells nice inside

Guid afternoon
Currently 27.5 deg C
After yesterdays aborted run to Largs went today, even mid week it was busy.
Had lunch and of course ice cream at the famous NARDINI's
The Waverly was picking up passengers at the pier (I seem to come across it often)
Bad news on the way back, trailer overturned on the M8, 4 lanes down to 1 so added an hour on my journey.
Oh and despite being an old guy thought I would share my young family.

Having finished one tank of peteroil and got through two bandanas, having a bit of a break afore going back and finishing off.
Then the strimming beckons.
And some peeps round here do this for a living.

So why not share some of your millions and pay for some labor, We do it now and again as its cheap and they earn their days wage:).
It gets **** done quicker too, As a 1 man band sometimes you feel like you aren't getting anywhere, go on Stan spend some you are allowed you know:D.

Afternoon folks:).

Well today has been another real hottie:). Supposed to cool down for a couple of days here.
So again quit early and went did some weeding out front with M.

The latest project should really have been done 2 months ago but there was another on the go, Anyway we will get there its just gonna be slow:).
I am relaying the decking around the pool. It was laid as advised by the BG company, at the time I was skeptical and was proved right:(. They laid them in pre made panels and I was always concerned they were fixed to close, Proved correct as they popped the screws in the winter. Its a big job and have been putting it off for a couple of years now.

Anyway on a positive note I am making progress, M ordered some cleaner for the decking before its re oiled and to say I am impressed is an understatement. Its a Gel made by Osmo. It arrived today and we had to try a sample, I didn't try too hard either, Scrub on, rinse off 20mins later.

Its Cumaru (or however you spell it) so if anybody has hardwood decking that needs a new lease of life:).

Anyway still hot and off to cook some salmon to go with the salad and slaw:D.

Good luck with relaying the decking.
I quite like it, but not in searing heat! and the last lot I did the wood was p!ssed as an Irish man on St Patricks day!
But tis very satisfying and comfortable.
Tell me, is that stuff non-slip, seeing its around a pool and all?
