Get rid, get an X-eng. Awesome upgrade for the price and especially if you can find one second hand, needs little to no maintenance compared to the shoes of the standard handbrake drum. No messing once you've sussed the pads need siliconing in ...

This is a disk conversion.....
think the pad adjuster not set correctly.
Done twice & failed after a few usages.

Hmm, Only thing I had that was an issue was the brake cable where it came from the handbrake lever, first couple of times I used it with proper force, the actual mount collapsed slightly, thus putting the adjustment out, but even then it worked, just needed 7 clicks instead of 3. On the caliper end mine's set on the middle hole, dunno if that's a help ..

Still no handbrake. Must make more time at work/miss dinner to fix this.
Need to check i have not broke 3 roll pins & just checked another on the shelf incase I need to change
