She's now looking to order a wildlife cam.
Why?
It's not as if we live in a nature reserve:rolleyes:
£26 just to make sure it's the squiggle!
She is now finding all sorts of other reasons justifications for getting one.
By the time it arrives all the bulbs will be eaten.
She is going to put gravel around them and cloches over them.
Meanwhile maybe I'll look at getting a silencer for me airgun!

.... at last I have replaced the faulty on/off switch on the dishwasher (cheaper than a new washer, and no engineer call out charge!) Go ME. :) :) :)

But in other news....
My son just called to say he has been at the hospital because his constant headache was unbearable. They checked him out and discovered a BP in stroke territory, sent him home with co-codemol and 2 BP reducing pills and saisd sleep it off and get in touch with yr GP pronto. He's woken up at 1PM only to find his GP surgery is closed for the day now and his headache is even worse. Told him to call 111 and or 999 and ask for an ambulance back to hospital.

Is it the squiggles? ours only go back for their nuts:p. Put something out for the squiggles to get food (makes it easier to shoot em):D.

Sh!t that is not good news. Sounds almost like a spinal fluid leak they give a really bad headache.
But if they know it's BP it needs sorting out pronto.
Crossed fingers for him and the rest of your family.:(:(:(:(

We have discussed bait. Nuts are the obvs ones, would have to put it where the squiggles can get at it but not the dogs. Also must be below the top of the fence else I can't shoot at em as there is a public footpath behind it, quite a way away, but still!

I could go to the other end of the garding to shoot em from but by the time I get there they'll have gone. Well that is what usually happens. Problem with a single shot airgun!

"White coat syndrome" I too suffer from it, as proved by it being normal when i take it at home wiv my machine. Last time a doc took it i wasn't really paying attention and he told me it was normal!
But a headache that lasts longer than 3 days is usually a problem. :(:(:(

His Grandad (my dad) had his first H.A. @ 39, I had mine at 52. He is in a high-pressure job (like I was) and he needs to get sorted ASAP.
I stopped taking any of the prescribed meds last year and my average BP is now only 94/56 @ 70BPM.
He is overweight, stressed and I do fear for him. :(
Not a lot one can do except say get seen by medico ASAP.

When I found my husband 'not right' I phoned 111 and they were brilliant.

I have a lot of help today from my eldest daughter and my BiL. We have cleared a load of clutter and done a tip run. The charity shop was pleased and we have many more items to give them :)

Its amazing what cupboards get cleared out when its time to move it or give it to somebody else;):D.

We came here with 2 cars and 2 trailers (1 was a pickup & 1 trailer was a small box) Surprising when you really narrow down what you want to keep:).

Oh and some of that stuff is still in boxes:eek::D.

We have now found a dog charity that will take unwanted towels etc. they have parked up two vans on a car park so you can just chuck the stuff in and remain socially distanced.:):):)
