Have you looked to see if you can get the corner piece?

Trouble is it’s not just a corner piece, It goes all the way across the back doing both sides. Then the side bit goes up the length of the side.
Don’t fancy paying Equi Trek prices or even trying to get them here in 1 piece;).
They are only really a skirt so no issue really just looks;), so fibre glass and me are gonna get stuck together in:D.

It is down to who will get it sold quicker and be the easiest to work with. They both say they can achieve the same price and both charge the same percentage.... Good ain't it lol

Look at the small print! Some say you have to stay with them for a set period even if they have failed to sell your property and if you go against this then they will charge you a hefty fee - NOT 'no sale no fee'. This includes stopping you from adding an additional agent, too.

Ask for a copy of the T&C BEFORE you commit yourself.

Thanks for this, I will ask tomorrow when we decide which to approach first. I really dislike sales people lol

Will have to get some fibre glass and try and tidy that up later. But first job is to get the light working again as apparently it is not working after being ripped out:mad:

My list will never get short, my job here is safe:D:D.

Shame you wernt closer I have everything here to repair that.

....that after torture session gym I came home, showered and put on nice new clothes and then put all the rest of the scaffold boards on that feature wall.
Now sweaty & filthy once again and in need of another shower. :(
I need to finesse a scaffold-board sill/cill, but other than that, it is pretty much "done" and just needs some attention with a sander and then some varnish.

Whichever one you go with tell them they have 6 weeks to get it sold in, or less if places are selling quickly.
I didn't once and the feckers did nowt till I threatened to take it off them. Nowt wrong with the house, eminently saleable in fact. They then pulled their fingers out, rang around their mates in the trade and split the commission with them.
Course they never admitted it but that's what they did. (I have a mate in the trade and an ex student who tell me some of the dodges they get up to.) In the end it's cheaper than going multi agency.
Once it's on the market, get a mate to pretend they are interested, let them go round and then report back to you on the way they were treated and how hard them seemed to be working.
Best of luck with it all. Nerve wracking though it is!:):):):)

Which one has more local adverts. Once fings are ont web, there won't be much difference in the way they work. Only ever bought with one. Yer can't trust what they say so a promise is meaningless.

Anything will sell as long as it's clean and at or below market price. Works for cars and houses. A trick to sell quicker is to have an open day where they get lots of buyers to come round ont same day. Yer pay more for that. Or drop the price to attract more buyers.

What is the % and is it capped?
