@Stanleysteamer how you doing matey all good I hope. ??
Hi mateey!
Spent the afternoon up the hopsicle getting tested all over the place, you know the score.
Confirmed it's a clot, halfway up left thigh.
Came out the blue as I believe yours did. So not clever as nothing to blame.
Will get more news next week once they have got all the results.
But I'm still here and after a while on the pills the pain behind the knee and the swelling will die down.
Pain in the rear, only 2 units of booze per night..:(:(:(
Catch you all up tomoz
nite nite folks!:):):)

Have it off! Easiest way. ;)

Morning All :D
Very breezy here, it has blown the standing pool of water off of my roof. :)
Having a leisurely morning until gym time later. Herself is shopping for the paper and butchery stuffs.
I have some chores to do, I will need more guttering fitments as I had to use up some yesterday on repairs.
I have the cloaking of the timber support beam in the mini-barn to do (inside & out) and Also to find a suitable trim to fit between the window-cill/sill boards and the UPVC frames.
I am inclined to go with a 25mm wooden scotia for this task rather than any UPVC.
Have a lovely day everyone.:D

Aye he does like a dram might be a ad idea lol
Wifey is a shareholder in a distillery, (nothing big time, just one of her wee investments) but it is the Lakes Distillery, er, in the Lakes, so no use.
But yep still a good idea, although I thought the visits were usually free, aimed at enticing you to pay the now stupid prices for a Scots malt?

Chopped oft the top of me naybors hedge today. Pulled some more ivy oat me front gardin. Seems to want to sneak through me heather. Tis like pullin cable oat of tarmac. Looks like it can grow 9 foot inna year. Going to have to do this more often me finks. Ses yer can kill it wiv salt and vinegar int watta. Add liquid soap anorl. Apply to leafs and roots.
Salt will kill most things, on its own, tip from our horticulturalist/arboriculturist dottir. We used a 25 kg bag of swimming pool salt to kill a weeping willow. It worked.
