I totally agree, since retiring and having no discernible income, I no longer go on ebay/amazon etc. Just stick with the basicsThe past few months of having no real income have made me realise just how much money I used to waste when I had a job.

I brought all my toys before I stopped getting regular pay checks
. Oh except when I went back for 2yrs and brought another toy.But it’s surprising what you don’t spend when your happy with what you have
, also how you consider spending from the piggy bank cos it won’t get topped up.J
