Well that was boring...
The funny thing is that now I've got a job one of the companies I've applied to previously have decided that they'd like to interview me. It's in IT again but at a much lower level so although the pay would be lower than my previous IT position, it would be several grand higher than the job I started today and I'm fairly sure it would be an easy job. I've already spoken to me new boss today and asked him for Thursday morning off so I can attend the interview and he's OK with it (not that he had a choice!)
One good outcome from todays boring warehouse work was that I got to do a delivery job later this afternoon which I quite enjoyed which re-affirms my desire to do driving for a living.

If they were to offer me the job and I knew that it wouldn't come with all the hassle and corporate bollox that my previous job came with then I would accept it because I do like Pizza and Beer.

Evening all I took a trailer load to the dump today ffs I thought it would be quiet peeps parked
all over the place, I had to park across 3 cars on the nearside one with a trailer the space I
wanted was between them & two cars abandoned to my right further up & another to the left
had to do an diagonal S shape reverse & in alongside the motor with the trailer once it was clear
up front 10mins ffs. Council lad came up an said that was the most impressive bit of driving he'd see in 10 years of being there.
