Bath is a real tourist trap and parking there is a fecking nightmare as is the series of one way systems.Park and ride eh? Had those when I lived darn sarf east. Where the traffic is horrendous at times. Very useful service. Don't have them up norf, at least not in my bit. Busy traffic here is more than two tractors a day
I get fooled as it has changed since i last went there regularly in the early 80s.
When we go in an evening thn we do just drive straight to a car park in the centre, Charlotte Street, which isn't too far from the theatre and is free for disabled bods like Wifey.
I think there are possibly three each one on a main road in. Ours is the one at the top of the hill, near the hospital as you come in from the south. If you have bus passes, you park free and ride free, so deffo worth it.
