Got one about 15 years ago. Made a massive difference to what I could get done safer and more productively than working off a ladder at high level, especially sanding down and painting the eaves. Still got it, still use it. Made demolishing 2 chimbleys at WImblowdriver Towers a doddle.No, but I have plenty of stuff to use it on round the plot. Besides, once I’ve done my stuff I’ll sell it on for...£90work smarter, not harder.
That is way better than the boot lace I forgot to take off a calliper after changing discs. Only to be found by my MOT tester

That daft log shed is sat a 2 metres to the start of the roof. As I plan to put reclaimed slate on there I need a safe platform. I have all the guttering to clean and the eaves to point on the farmhouse so it will pay for itself time over. The neighbours all have them but at that price I’m not asking for a loan.
