just sold the 880 we used for planking, got a 660 though an we have been offered new huskys
at a reduced price watch this space. ;)
 
Yup Ive done decking, I meant I will scorch it to see what it looks like. For the gaps I use a carpenters
folding rule (plastic yellow thingy) tis perfect for this. :):)

When I have a long run to do, I work out what gap will allow me to use whole boards, so I don't need to split a board. Then I use a drill bit to give me the exact gap between the boards. And I screw them down with screws that won't rust or do anything else to deteriorate them. So how wide is your gaps? I tend towards a max of 5-6mm.
It does take longer but that's the way I roll!
