Yer can pick something like 1, 3 or 10. The online renewal and auto renewal is eggspensive. I cancelled that and got a refund. Then renewed via the avg software itself. So eye was already a user but it ran oat by a month. So yer could install the free version of avg 'internet security' and run it for a bit then see if the buying price drops. If yer buy yer get some more features un updates er bit quicker. Theres several versions. Internet security has virus scanning and firewall. Email scanning etc.That's a good deal. How many pooters does it cover?
As for auto renewal, I cleverly, (well accidentally) used a card to pay which ran out before renewal.

.....I am feeling smug because I have mastered the AV receiver settings to allow ARC over the HDMI channel from the Smart-TV and now I am getting 5.1 Dolby goodness when the TV is playing such content.. Whereas before I was only getting 2-channel pseudo stereo over an optical link cable. As the poor $od that was always saying "what did they say?" because the sound was not so good; I am basking in audio I can actually hear.
