Why thank you for the compliment :D:D I hope the wifey is feeling better. :)
Well enough to sit downstairs but not better enough to help me unload both cars.
Plus we had a powercut this affo which has just come back on!
So the Landy is unloaded but hers ain't.
I took all the gear over including the tooling to swap the front Foff big ball-joints in the suspension. I didn't do the job so of course it's all come back here,. But now I discover I have left the two half-shaft bearings over in Frogland. So I'll have to buy yet two more if I am to do the job. What a dick I am! With all the cr@p that is going on to do with CV19 etc I somehow find I did not have the balls to do a job which everyone knows is not easy, with perhaps not all the stuff I have back in blighty and not the support from a LR place nearby although 20 miles is not too bad. Also, as always, got bogged down with other stuff. I do more repairs in a place built in 2008 than in our English place built 1982. Anyway, the pressure is now on to get it done before Christmas as we are supposed to be going away with it to the Lakes. So 2 weeks in quarantine to be dealt with first, then .....?
We may be going in the Pluriel!
Hey ho!
Still it is fun trying to find stuff in the kitchen which we (the royal "we", actually me) remodelled and then wifey decided to change the position of everything. so wine jugs/decanters moved from top left hob side to bottom right opposite side etc etc! And I was looking for all this stuff in a black out with a head torch. Useful things aren't they!:)

Found these on tinterweb for him.....

They are smashing ;)

Are they Italian?

Hey, that's cool! when wifey gets up I'll ask her what that means, her having been an international IT auditor an orl! She always told me it was a very unpopular job as peeps hated peeps who did her job. It is true her reports sometimes got idiots sacked or demoted.
Actoooly. That's a thought. Couldn't you train up to be an IT auditor? The money she used to make on contracts was amazing! Mind you she did do them in Lunnen!
Just asked wifey and she said ISO9001 is a load of cobblers, wasteful in some ways and not even terribly useful!
She also said whether you could be an IT auditor would depend on how many systems you know.:(
But most of it is available online!:)
Anyway, best of luck with sorting the job thing out!:):):)
I agree that the ISO9001 accreditation is totally useless but someone at my employers managed to convince the owners that it would be beneficial and have new clients beating the door down.
Guess what... no new customers have come to us just because we've got the accreditation.
I don't want to work in any IT job anymore so the idea of becoming an IT Auditor doesn't appeal to me at all.

In the orfice? so what's in the bin? Waste paper? (Harmless) or other sh!t? (Not nice!):(
Yet another sign you don't want to be there!
The office cleaners don't always replace the bin liners every day and they sometimes even just empty the liner and re-use it so there may be some of yesterdays food waste in it.
Not worth taking the chance.

I've been labouring with an aged, pointless, QA system now for seven years plus, major ball ache getting 2015, when they shifted all the focus
Big (lazy) clients assume accreditation means you are a quality company. Nonsense.
You don't need a quality system to be a quality business. If you aren't naturally taking care of it, you're not in business! Hopefully we can get shot of this box ticking bollix come new year.

Rant over.
