Morning All :D
All my domestic chores are done for the morning and my coffee is hot & laced with cream.:)
I see from the Daily Fail this morning that we are to have another "Lock-down" :( To save Xmas?
That's a shame, I have been enjoying my return to the Gym.
But we have to beat this virus, so needs must.:)
Have a great day! :D

Morning all...

Well im off out to get a soaking we have got a roof to start replacing on a wooden chalet style
house, tis leaking really badly & we have storm wots his name ?? just about to kick our
a$$es.

Stay safe everyone & have a good weekend. :)

Storm wots-er-name arrived here at 03:06 with the electrickery going off for an hour, strong winds and some precipitation of the wet variety :(

No, he's in every day now until I leave.
He does in fact have an ISO9001 Audit tomorrow so that should be amusing to see how he handles that. :)
Hey, that's cool! when wifey gets up I'll ask her what that means, her having been an international IT auditor an orl! She always told me it was a very unpopular job as peeps hated peeps who did her job. It is true her reports sometimes got idiots sacked or demoted.
Actoooly. That's a thought. Couldn't you train up to be an IT auditor? The money she used to make on contracts was amazing! Mind you she did do them in Lunnen!
Just asked wifey and she said ISO9001 is a load of cobblers, wasteful in some ways and not even terribly useful!
She also said whether you could be an IT auditor would depend on how many systems you know.:(
But most of it is available online!:)
Anyway, best of luck with sorting the job thing out!:):):)

Guid morn
Just back from taking daughter to football
Not pleasant high winds horizontal rain and her team got gubbed.
Next take son to Glasgow to Guitar Guitar to collect his electric which was in for repair.
Maybe have a quiet time to my self later in the garage to work on my Yamaha XS11, stripped rear break caliper yesterday and replaced fluid
Need to look at clutch as binding due to lack of use having been sorned for the last 5 years.

See you made it back/out from frogland safely @Stanleysteamer

J
Yep!
Disco making a quite frightening banging noise from underneath when going over bumps, got under it twice to try and find out what it woz but no luck yet!
Storm in channel.
Wifey decided to eat out on the journey . Opposed to what she originally said. Kyriad in Chateauroux had nothing on the menu that didn't contain either fish or gluten, so she got a cheese salad and then a fruit salad. That was OK, but second day we stopped at a PAUL at the Aire de la dentelle d'Alencon, our fave place, their croissants are the BEST, as is their hot chocolate. In the past their salads have been fine for her, so she got one and ate it in the queue for the ferry.
Once on the ferry guess who started throwing up? Nothing to do with the storm, we are both excellent sailors. The salad was slightly different and we always check the ingredients very carefully. Must have been some gluten in the dressing. Grrr! She eventually stopped and got some sleep. But swollen, painful tummy etc:(:(:(.
Immigration didn't even ask her for the form we laboriously filled in and printed off at 9.30 pm the night before we left!:mad::mad:
It is totally throwing it down here so we are just waiting in for a delivery from Waitrose. Cars still loaded up, Can't go anywhere. Quarantine.
Still at least I got the old gas boiler started last night so nice and cosy!
Enjoy the weekend folks!:):):)
