Well funny day.
Cold but blowy so wifey got a ton of washing done. Cleaned out the pool but couldn't get the flap thingy fitted on the skimmer, utoob showed me I was trying to put it in the wrong way round.
But that was after I had put the cover back on, fully, sorted out timer on the pump, padlocked and wired up the pool cabin thingy doors, cleaned all filters, etc Went to have another go but didn't fancy having the top half of my head in the cold watter again, AND taking the cover back of so, fu ck it it's staying like that till we get back!
Cut up the old pool cover to make weed barrier and weighted it down with miscellaneous slabs etc. hope it'll make for less work next year.
Horrible sense of finality, especially knowing Brexit, plus Cv19, is gonna make coming back a right royal pain next year. :(:(:(
Still tomorrow is another day!
Night all unless summat comes on after I post this!:):):)

Can't "like" this, always sad when this happens. Do they think it was caused by the stress of the time they were stuck in the ..whatever it was. loch? Or was it a previous illness which made them all stay around anyway?
spect they don't know yet. Post mortem to come maybe.
Not funny at all.:(:(:(

No my mate who was out in the mod boats seen one which was very thin & its head
was sunk in at one side so it was ill.
I think its a common thing when one of the pod is sick for them to come inshore to pass
the others wont leave the sick one, they are very clever hopefully the others have gone
back to deeper waters :):)

Amazing to have seen them & they managed to top the orca that showed up a while ago.:cool:

Oh aye we got some lovely oak & purple heart an a lovely bit of el paso pics later :):)
