She's slowly sinking and it is heartbreaking to see.
We will call the vet up tomorrow if she is still here and ask for some positive action to fix or finalise.
I really would like to save her because when she was well she was a fluffy bundle of love & affection.
I don't want to watch her SLOWLY die. She is my Wife's cat of the 2 sisters (She had Itchy, I had Scratchy).
My wife is pretty well grounded as an ex theatre recovery nurse and so she knows death pretty well. She's not HARD or callous, just pragmatic.
I am going to ask her to make the decision, it is her cat. So tomorrow we will see how Itchy is (compared to today) if she makes it through the night, and take it from there.
Funny how pets gets to you, I still think of my 1st dog who died young when I was sixteen and I remember the cats and dogs I had since. Pets are a joy and loving companions.. and a lesson.
An +1 to everyone else here. Kudos to all, is a nice thread.
