Mine did that after I had done the pf lids but only when facing uphill like yours. It was the screw going into the top side just further towards the windscreen on the pf housing. You can see the nylon plug for that screw if you take the pf lid off. Water pools there, all around that screw head but parked level it doesn't.Oddly enough, the water via the foam seems to be worse if I park it uphill. That foam has been on my to-do list a long while now!
A blob of non setting sealant fixed it.
I had also used all new ss screws around the scuttle and the leaky one was a tad too long and punched through the blind nylon plug which probably didn't help
