I have removed all the bolts, front bracket and rear, taken the pipes from the filler, removed all the upper fuel lines etc and i still cant wriggle the thing out - any tips you can share before i smash it wimme bih hamma

Lol I've been there and it's a pain in the arse. There is a bracket on the inside at the chassis that you may have missed and it tends to stop it from moving or coming out easily. I did end up cutting my tank with a grinder then jumping on it to get it out but completely removing that bracket would have made it a whole lot easier. I am going back about 8 years or so though so my memory may be a bit iffy

Every bolt on the sill was rusted out, i did my best to remove it, but the end bolts weren't shifting, in the end there was enough flex in the sill after i took out the top bolts to get the tank out, ill try and get the sill out before i put the new tank in. Also round alot of rust that'll need attention too!!

Good news, it's a great time to protect areas that are often forgotten about, new nuts & bolts et al

looks like the rear outrigger needs replacing too ..
You'll find more, don't worry. I started out repairing my bulkhead and the more I looked the more rot I found. Ended up replacing the damn thing with a galv one and I'll go down that road with my chassis at some point in the future too
