No idea, but my P38 is Euro 3 and the CoC has a Type Approval Number on it.I thought Euro 4, 5 & 6 required the vehicle to be Type Approved in order to be ok for ULEZ.
IMO, they should be scrapped, LEZs I mean not Range Rovers, perish the thought.ULEZ is mad, win the lotto and buy a W12 Bentley Bentaga that does 8mpg in traffic and you can swan about in the ULEX zone to your hearts content day in day out but I'm not allowed a single trip in my old P38. Low emissions zones should require a tracker and be based on mileage and emissions.

No, you need to Certificate of Conformity which you need to request from Land RoverSo were the V5C & MOT test results sufficient ?
Unfortunately my V5 doesn't specify CO g/km or whatever the value is.
Great news everyone. TFL contacted me today. My 2000 4.0 P38 is now ULEZ compliant.
Yeey!!
I've just checked the TFL checker and it's already updated.
Apparently my 4.0 V8 is "helping to improve air quality across London." TFLs words. Not mine.
What LR email should we try for the CoC ?
Well done that man, and I sold mine because it wasn't ulez and am struggling to get my L322 approved
This is what annoys me about the whole system. I carried out some random checks of other 4.0 Thor P38's and they still come up as non compliant. Cheeky since TFL know they are now compliant.
