Some pretty cheap prices above compared to what we're paying in Kent.. :( I find that once it goes above 70ish ppl, with all things considered I'm better off just running on petrol instead
hi david

its getting pretty silly here in west kent too ??

Shell garage Milton Keynes on the V6 towards the centre.

77.9p/l

What an outrage, last week it was 69.9p/l

Going to have to look around for best price.

Can it be purchased in bulk like house gas for heating and cooking?

just need a pump.

Here boys this was posted by Wills on a different thread in Nov 2007

hmmm, dont know which way to vote really. If it was quite literally just the diesel or the petrol i would say go for the diesel, better MPG, less problems with overheating and no slipped liners however, last night when i filled mine up, the price of diesel round here is 103.9. Ok, yes, the price of fuel is always on the up but its getting bloody expensive these days so maybe a 4.0 on LPG would be the better alternative.

so its gone up about 30 percent in 3 years wished my fookin wages had

In reply to this, im still filling up at the same station as when I posted that back in Nov 07 and it reading it makes me wish I hadn't moaned!

At the same Shell station I was talking about it's now...

Unleaded - 128.9
Diesel - 134.9
LPG - 80.9

I have to travel 5 miles to get to that station. If I was to fill up at the BP round the corner from me I would be paying...

Unleaded - 130.9
Diesel - 135.9

They don't have LPG yet. The cheapest LPG around here according to petrolprices.com is 75.9 from a BP/Spar place across town.

This fuel pricing is ridiculous these days. I dread to think how much higher it will actually rise

Have you noticed the only pumps that are working are the most expensive. all the ones in Huntingdon area where they show sub 80p are out of action, and theres a lot of them.

Filled up at Ozon in Plymouth yesterday and they are now £0.80 ppl and now cash only.

I think BOC in Lee Mill (between Plymouth and Ivybridge) was £0.78 last week and is 12 miles away from me.

No, although I think they do that as an option. There are lots of outlets around the south west. You have a key that you put in the pump then fill up and they bill you once a month. Country wide farmers is the company name if you want to search for it.

Filled up today at 54p / litre here in Poland. That includes an element for road tax. Happy I'm no longer in UK

LPG prices are increasing disproportional to normal fuel... it's no longer the big cost saving it used to be.
