yer got to remember that the series was designed in the late forties as a cross between a proper tractor and a light truck....theres no way its going to "drive" like a modern repmobile or hot hatch or even a seventies sports car.
as long as it starts , gets where you want to go and back again eventually with nowt fallin orf its a good un.
back in the seventies we towed a caravan round england wiv a series 2 rag top.... now we get people worried about drivin a fender 50 miles..... how expectations have changed in 50 years.

Ha Ha... So I am expecting too much.... Im just after a decent nick toy... that I dont have to carry all my tools in!! I can cope with the odd scroggie & spanner and obviously a hammer!!
