Hi Chaps,
I had a lot of fun at the local tip with my Series 2a 109 yesterday - the 2050mm height limit is enforced by a solid iron girder that has a scaffold tube dangling 1cm below it. On the way in the tube rattled along the roof, but after unloading the suspension unloaded and I needed to let most of the air out of the tyres to get back out again
My wheels/tyres are 7.50 mud pluggers on 16 inch steel rims. What's the best way of losing an inch of height? Will steel disco wheels/tyres fit, and tend to have a smaller diameter?
Cheers
Gary
