cant find anywhere supplying the tyres i want so figured id let a trader do the work now, i need 7.50 16 Security (deestone) MT 718's. there are 3 on the car now and i need a fourth (probably buy 2 though as a spare) hence wanting to match them all.

failing that tyresdirectuk have some cheap Kingpin MT's that i'll probably go for,
cheers

What's going on 'ere, never known this thread to be dead for so long. Is everybody still alive and well?

I'm happy to report the Rangie lives, cured the mystery misfire with a rotor arm and dizzy cap, I think I'll replace the HT leads as a precaution anyway but I need to replace the track rod, should probably sling a replacement steering damper on it as well and then I want to replace the A/C fans so still a few bits to do.

Catch you all later.

Tis Dead,

Hello Kev,

Glad to hear your motas good. Myself I have been mega busy Ryder and Kai have helped out alot as has Gibbo Phil Thankyou guys!

Trying to strip and shift a discovery and hopefully by this afternoon a RR Classic. Ooh V8 power haha.

We've all been out enjoying ourselves, but daren't post about it in case we're being watched.;)

I haven't 'cause I'm on waiting for baby watch. Did sleep in the Disco on Friday night though because I forgot my house keys. Would have been OK if it wasn't so cold and cramped. :D

I think lorrel and Hardy picked up the Disco body shell yesterday evening. Ive never seen an engine hoist work so hard to get the chassis/shell onto a transit flatbed.

Anyways I feel ill throat, ears, a cough and croaky throat which means I couldn't talk yesterday evening which is brilliant! Oh and about 7 hours sleep in the last 2 days was also quite nice. I didn't know Discovery channel has some interesting programs so late at night. I can't even ask for today off work either cos I wanted 2 days and the boss would only let me have 1 day cos another man is off so ringing in sick wouldn't go down too well me thinks. which is a ****er.

Anyways Should have 'A REAL ENGINE' (V8) by this afternoon. Still sceptical I do like my Tdi. Just gotta try and ponse an A Frame from a guy at work for a couple of hours or Hire a trailer overnight. but I will get it back somhow. Its annoying when the thing is only a couple of miles away.

Whats everyone up to? I took a look at a lane out Ivinghoe ish way drove most of it in the car I was in nice little lane tho bit out the way tho.

oh bugger I knew somone told me the other day they had one. Doh I've just arranged a trailer hire for tonight, seems best bet as the RR is in a bit of a state. Ill bear that in mind for the future tho cheers Dave. Thats great does anyone want any RR classic bits there wont be much left but if I have what let me know. Jamie H it may still have an aluminum rear floor if by chance its the same dimentions as the disco and present it could save you a few quid and wont rust away.

Jai,

If you need a hand this evening give me a shout, oh and I need a track rod and a pair of A/C fans and...and....and....LOL.
