Then did Lilley and let the dogs have a run.
They then asked for something a bit more challenging, just to see if the difflock worked OK, so off we went to Steppingley. Thought if would give them a good mix of terrain, as they haven't done anything ever. Well the inevitable happened, way too slow into the water at the top end and they ground to a halt, the diffs were grounding out slightly. Hooked them up, quick tug and off we went. Turned around at the top and came back the way we came. Faster though it the second time and no problem.
They need to sort front recovery points out, I told them to pick some up when they picked up the Landy from Craddocks. They told the guy what I'd told them to buy, he'd talked them out of it, saying they didn't need them as Defenders don't get stuck Muppet.
He's now ordered some.
Dinner back at their place, very nice.
I'll vouch for defenders getting stuck. :doh:
