Hey I have had an idea... would n't it be cool if a load of us met up at salisbury early in the season. Us lot from down here and even the amateurs from up north! It would take some organisation but a fantastic weekend would ensue!
 
I am looking forward to our trip to the wives families in Ireland in 3 weeks. Will have to drive down thru Wales to Pembroke to get the ferry (and get cheap booze) then thru the most beautifull country Ive ever seen to county Tippperary and the mountains where our holiday cottage awaits us for a week.

I would be up for some of that! Ive even got a contact with his own taxi firm so we could attempt a pub crawl in Salisbury ( I lived there for 30 years and never got half way round) and crash till midday at a campsite then try some lanning next day:D
 
It was my patch for 30 years mate and my family are still there but I defected up north (Lincolnshire) for a while B4 moving to Bedford area.

Why not make it for the summer solstace in July next year and we can all do the Stones then head out for a good day of laning?:confused:
 
Im away for a few hours and were having all sorts of fun here lol ..

Turff wars and meeting people from the up country lol .. now thats what i call a party ..

Count me in for the Summer Solstice , Not sure about Druids and the Virgins though ,, or could be fun in Fancy dress laning party , will have to check that with the good lady ..LOL...

Good to See ya DB will have to pop up and see you and Spyderman on the weekend somtime have a peek at the Birth of the Monster lol .
